Delivery Terms - Order Tracking

Shipments of orders for the region of Attica are made within 1-2 working days, provided that all products are available, and have an additional cost of 2 €. For all other land destinations of the courier network that we work with, island and hard to reach areas, shipments are made within 2-3 working days, provided there is immediate availability, and the shipping cost is € 3. The shipping costs will not be charged to the customer in case of purchase of products worth more than € 30. In any case, the cash on delivery payment has an additional charge of 2 €. For countries other than Greece, the customer is charged with shipping costs depending on the country of shipment. The customer will be informed about the shipping cost when, during the processing of his order, he/she enters the details of the address where he/she wants the products to be shipped. If one of our products is temporarily not immediately available, then we will inform the customer about the delivery time by phone or written communication. In the following form you can learn more about your order status, up to the point that we handle it to the carrier. From then you can track your order in supported areas, using the carriers website and the tracking number provided to you by us.
